Arrangements We have
been shipping mats for many years both domestically
and overseas. During this time we’ve developed
an excellent packing system and this, combined with
our commitment to customer service and an efficient
delivery network, will ensure the timely and safe arrival
of your order. Please refer to our guarantee.
Australian
Deliveries
If you already have freight arrangements
in place with a preferred courier and they operate within
our area, we will be very happy to use them. Otherwise........
For Melbourne metro and country
Victoria: We use both Australia Post
and the Couriers Please road network.
Both provide an excellent service, with delivery usually
within 1 to 2 days of dispatch.
For the rest of Australia:
Depending on location and size of carton, we
will use either Australia Post or the
Couriers Please road network. Please
ask us for a quote when we are processing your order.
International
Deliveries
Overseas orders are usually sent via
the postal system. Airmail generally provides a good
balance between cost and delivery time, and is easily
accessible in most regions. Due to the many variables,
please ask us for a quote when we are processing your
order.
Freight costs
We will always endeavour to organise
the most cost effective freight possible. All freight
will be charged at our cost and included on your invoice.
A packing and handling fee of $5.00 per carton will
apply to all orders.
