Shipping Policy
The Mat Cutting Company endeavours to deliver all orders within 10 days of the order date.

In the case of orders to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or remote destinations delivery times may be longer due to the distances involved. However, where possible we will attempt to expedite "remote area" orders to ensure delivery is made as soon as possible. Our delivery rates are based on the pricing structure of our logistics providers, using your order size and delivery postcode, and include a packing and handling fee.

Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you and provide you with the appropriate tracking information, plus details of the logistics provider contracted to deliver your order.

If at any stage you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return Policy
If the product you have purchased is shown to be defective in any way we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement product at no cost to you or, if preferred, a full refund will be available as per Australian Consumer Law. 

Any claim for defective products must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, with this date to be determined from the Tracking information provided by our logistics suppliers. The Mat Cutting Company is not responsible for products after this 7 day period as we have no control over the storage conditions when it reaches its destination.

Consent
By accessing and/or using our Site you agree to these terms of use and our Privacy Policy which is also available on our site (Terms). Please read these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our Site if you do not agree to them.

Variations
We may, at any time and at our discretion, vary these Terms by publishing the varied terms on our Site. We recommend you check our Site regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms.

All materials, prices and information on this Site (Content) are subject to change without notice, and whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and availability of all product listed on this site we will not be liable for any changes in availability, type or pricing of any content. Upon uploading a request for the availability, pricing or supply of any product, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload. Where a product is manufactured and supplied based solely upon this uploaded information, we will not be liable for any mistake or omission in your uploaded information which may result in the supply of an incorrect product. You agree that any and all mat board layouts, designs or formats used in this site remain the intellectual property of the Mat Cutting Company.

Jurisdiction

You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Victoria Australia and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.
