Shipping & Returns

Order Turnaround and Shipping Policy
The Mat Cutting Company endeavours to complete and deliver all orders within 10 days of the order date.

In the case of orders to Western Australia, the Northern Territory and other remote destinations, delivery times may be longer due to the distances involved. However, where possible we will attempt to expedite "remote area" orders to ensure delivery is made as soon as possible.

Our delivery rates are charged at cost and are based on the pricing structure of our logistics providers, using your order size and delivery postcode, and include a standard packing and handling fee.

Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you and provide you with the appropriate tracking information, plus details of the logistics provider contracted to deliver your order.

If at any stage you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns/Damaged stock. 
All orders are cut and supplied based upon specifications supplied by our customers. If you believe that you have recieved an incorrect product please contact us so this can be investigated and remedied.

If the product you have purchased is shown to be defective in any way or damaged in transit we will arrange for the delivery of replacement product at no cost to you. If preferred, a full refund for the affected product will be available as per Australian Consumer Law.

Please check your order upon receipt and if any product is defective or damaged please immediately take a pic of the affected items, plus any damage to the carton, and email these to us along with the quantity of defective or damaged items. 

Any claim for defective product must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, with this date to be determined from the Tracking information provided by our logistics suppliers. The Mat Cutting Company is not responsible for products after this 7 day period as we have no control over the storage conditions when it reaches its destination.
